Refund & Exchange Policy
Please read our refund, replacement, and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.
No Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive any of the following:
- A damaged product
- A wrong product
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Invoice or receipt must be included
- Return request must be approved before shipping
Replacement
- Once verified, the replacement will be shipped within 4–5 business days
- Reverse shipping, if applicable, will be handled by us
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only in case of order cancellation or product unavailability
- Refund timeline: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place the same order twice, please inform us within 48 hours to initiate the refund process.
