The Vision Behind Eleven Spices
Tanmay Chandarana, Managing Director of Eleven Spices, bridges the gap between advanced technology and traditional Indian flavors. With a B.Tech in AI & Machine Learning from Richmond American University, London, and a B.Sc in Computer Science from Gujarat Technical University, Tanmay applies an analytical, systems-driven mindset to the spice industry.
The Journey & Problem
The inspiration for Eleven Spices came from a simple observation: the inconsistency of home-cooked meals due to unreliable spice quality. Tanmay identified a critical market gap between unhygienic loose spices and overpriced premium brands. He saw that while the heart of Indian cooking is its spices, many consumers struggled with:
